What is MACCP ?

With each passing year, the family child care profession faces new challenges. MACCP is an association that was designed specifically to address these challenges on a number of different fronts. MACCP is a 501C(4) nonprofit organization, preventing the IRS from limiting our lobbying and advocacy work at the Capitol. This allows us to focus the majority of our resources directly on advocating for the policy changes we so desperately need. MACCP is an organization of licensed family child care providers working to support our profession. We are not funded by outside organizations or government agencies, so our priority will always be our members. We do not have any paid staff, so almost every membership dollar we earn directly supports our efforts.
